Are you passionate about empowering young girls through the magic of literature? Do you believe in the transformative power of reading? If so, we invite you to join our mission by becoming a ReadHer mentor.
As a ReadHer mentor, you will have the opportunity to inspire, educate, and lead a group of enthusiastic readers on a literary journey. Your role as a mentor is not just about discussing books; it's about nurturing young minds, fostering a love for reading, and creating a positive and empowering environment.

After reviewing your application and conducting an interview, we will contact you via email. At that time, we will provide you with information regarding mentor onboarding and any additional details. Once registered, you'll have access to mentorship training materials and resources to help you succeed in your role.

Based on your preferences and experience, you’ll be matched with a group of young girls eager to embark on their reading adventure. As a mentor, you’ll guide weekly or bi-weekly discussions, create engaging activities, and help your group explore the stories that inspire them.
